Designation: Product Manager / Senior Product Manager

Experience: 4 to 10 years of core product marketing experience mainly in chronic therapy

Qualification: B. Pharma + MBA - Marketing OR Pharma Management

Therapy: Cardio Diabeto therapy

Industry Preference: Pharma

Job Location: Mumbai

Role Purpose:

To take strategic ownership of brands and drive business growth & portfolio strategy

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual operating/brand plan for key brands.
• Define segmentation, targeting and positioning (STP).
• Identify unmet needs and opportunities.
• Develop differentiated positioning against competitors.
• Lead lifecycle managementnew indications, combinations, line extensions, new SKUs, etc.
• Analyse market data such as IQVIA/AIOCD, prescription trends, market share and competitor performance. Identify the key drivers/barriers behind brand performance.
• Build forecast, sales projections and Evaluate ROI and outcome effectiveness
• Drive corrective strategies when brands underperform. Campaign & innovation leadership.
• Develop omnichannel strategies across field force, digital, CME, webinars and other channels.
• Work with medical teams to translate clinical evidence into compelling communication. Cross-functional leadership
