Job Requirements About the Role The Product Manager – Securitized Products will play a pivotal role in facilitating the growth of the bank’s inorganic and Priority Sector Lending (PSL) book through portfolio acquisitions of retail loan assets. Acting as the central link between the Corporate Coverage team and control functions, the role involves transaction support, compliance coordination, stakeholder engagement, and portfolio monitoring to ensure smooth execution and regulatory alignment. Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Stay updated on market trends, transaction structures, and industry volumes.
• Annually update product notes and SOPs in line with bank guidelines.
• Monitor portfolio performance and flag triggers to the Coverage team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to respond to RBI queries and manage annual inspections.
• Support transaction closures by guiding Coverage teams on processes, compliance, and norms.
• Supervise ARMs managing payouts, ensuring timely receipt and real-time processing.
• Ensure timely completion of surveillance activities in coordination with auditors and stakeholders.
• Liaise with trustees, rating agencies, and legal counsel for transaction execution and legal interpretations. Secondary Responsibilities
• Assist Coverage teams in building PSL books through portfolio buyouts.
• Facilitate internal coordination to streamline transaction execution and compliance. What We Are Looking For Education
• Graduate in any discipline
• Postgraduate preferred

Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in securitized or structured finance products Skills and Attributes
• Strong understanding of securitized products and PSL frameworks
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance processes
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage documentation, payouts, and transaction execution efficiently Key Success Metric
