Product Manager - Salesforce

A product manager is an important member of our product team. As a product manager, you are responsible for the development and success of a product or group of products. Your primary goal is to ensure that the product(s) meet the needs and desire of the target customers while also achieving the companies's strategic objectives and financial goal.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise new solutions: product conceptualisation with a problem first, data-driven and test-and-iterate approach.
• Build products: collaborate with tech, marketing, design, and other product teams to build products that are loved. produce high-quality product specifications and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products which create timely impact.
• Manage all aspects of product lifecycle, including strategy, conceptualization, user research, feature requirements, user interface, prototyping, underwriting, rollout, and enhancements.
• Devise digital campaign strategy and initiatives to improve penetration and deepening.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Diploma or PG Diploma in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Applications.
• Core Skills: Strategic Thinking, Customer- centric, Data Analysis, Leadership, Adaptability, Product management methodologies, Technical Knowledge, Creativity, Business acumen.
• Other Essential Skills: Negotiation, Innovation, Problem- Solving, Data-driven decision-making, Agility, Product evangelism, Market knowledge, People Management.
