Product Manager Sales Management

We're looking for a Product Manager to own a sales management product focused on lead generation, outbound sales, CRM/pipeline, RFPs and AI-led automation.

What You'll Do

• Own product strategy, roadmap and execution end-to-end
• Understand sales-team workflows and identify opportunities for automation
• Build AI/LLM-enabled product experiences
• Drive product adoption, productivity and revenue impact
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science and Sales

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Product Management experience
• Proven experience shipping products end-to-end
• Graduate/postgraduate from a Tier-1 institute or strong experience working with reputed/renowned startups
• Strong data and analytics orientation; SQL is a plus
• Strong product thinking, ownership and execution skills
• Exposure to AI/LLM-backed products is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Hospitality, CRM or sales-tooling experience is not mandatory.
