Product Manager - SaaS

We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to own and execute our product strategy, accelerate portfolio growth, and manage the full product lifecycle from inception through sun-setting. In this role, you will act as the key connective tissue between business, engineering, and customer success conducting market research, defining pricing strategies, leading new product development, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive sustainable revenue growth and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define, communicate, and execute a cohesive product vision, strategy, and strategic roadmap aligned with overall company objectives.

- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify new growth opportunities and feature enhancements.

- Own portfolio growth metrics (e.g., adoption rate, churn, customer lifetime value, market share) and continuously optimize performance.

Product Strategy & Portfolio Growth :

- Define, communicate, and execute a cohesive product vision, strategy, and strategic roadmap aligned with overall company objectives.

- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify new growth opportunities and feature enhancements.

- Own portfolio growth metrics (e.g., adoption rate, churn, customer lifetime value, market share) and continuously optimize performance.

Lifecycle Management & Pricing :

- Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation, user stories, and MVP build to go-to-market execution, scale, and end-of-life planning.

- Design, test, and implement data-driven pricing and packaging strategies that maximize revenue while delivering strong customer value.

- Establish key product metrics (KPIs/OKRs) to measure launch success, usability, and financial impact.

New Product Development & Delivery :

- Work closely with UX/UI design and engineering teams to translate customer insights and business requirements into clear PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and user stories.

- Prioritize backlog features using objective frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW) to balance tech debt, quick wins, and strategic bets.

- Lead release planning and coordinate sprint targets in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Cross-Functional Leadership :

- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to craft clear positioning, go-to-market campaigns, and enablement materials.

- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

- Regularly report product progress, launch milestones, and performance metrics to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 3-6 years of proven hands-on experience as a Product Manager, managing end-to-end software/SaaS or technical products.

- Product Lifecycle & Agile : Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, roadmap building, and release management using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Productboard.

- Business & Pricing Acumen : Strong understanding of product monetization models, unit economics, market analysis, and pricing strategies.

- Data-Driven Mindset : Proficiency with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics) to inform decisions via quantitative user behavior data.

- Communication & Collaboration : Exceptional written, verbal, and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications :

- Prior experience driving GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy for B2B or B2C digital products.

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Institute certifications.

- Technical background or familiarity with system architectures and APIs.
