Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute product strategies for derma products, including new product launches and line extensions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, improve market share, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis to inform product development decisions.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for product launches and ongoing promotional activities.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry with a focus on dermatology or cosmetology products.
• Strong understanding of CME (Continuing Medical Education) requirements for ortho/orthopedic/PMU treatments.
• Proven track record in successful new product launches and KOL management.
