Role & responsibilities

Product Management and Coordination with all Stakeholder for End-to-End streamlined operation of Grievance, Call Centre and IMPACT Portal. The Product Manager will manage the requirement collection Development, Test and Deployment on the product environment

• Coordination with Technical Team for Development.
• Training to States / stakeholders
• Raise CR / Add new Features and functionality
• Requirement Gathering
• UAT Testing
• FRS / SRS Document Preparation
• Troubleshoot Technical issues / Ticket Resolution
• Resource Management9 SPRINT Design and Management
• Release Management
