Job Description: Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong expertise in liabilities, savings, and salary portfolios, with a preference for candidates who have handled Government Salary Products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving product strategy, managing cross-functional initiatives, and scaling banking products. A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Development

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle
• Conduct market research
• Design and implement product features
• Drive digital solutions

Portfolio Management

• Manage and grow portfolios
• Monitor performance
• Collaborate with analytics

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with Operations, Sales, Risk
• Partner with government clients
• Coordinate initiatives

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure RBI guideline compliance
• Prepare documentation

Process & Efficiency Enhancements

• Identify automation opportunities
• Optimize product journeys

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years experience
• Govt Salary Products exposure
• Understanding of banking ops
• Strong analytical skills
