Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and design innovative life insurance products.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Prepare detailed product specifications, pricing structures, and benefit illustrations in coordination with actuarial teams.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal governance standards during product development.
- Coordinate with technology, operations, and marketing teams for product implementation and launch.
- Support in preparing regulatory filings and documentation for product approvals.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend enhancements based on data analytics.
- Assist in creating training material and product communication for internal and external stakeholders.
Work Experience:
- Exposure to life insurance product design, filing, launch and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management.
