Job Summary :PM- Lending (3-6 YOE) with hands-on experience setting up a lending business from scratch

The Role

You'll own the build of our lending product end-to-end — borrower-facing flows, vendor integrations, and the policy logic that sits underneath them. This isn't a track-execution role under a Lead PM; you are the person accountable for getting the product from zero to first disbursal and beyond. You'll move between API specs, credit policy configuration, and UX reviews on the same day. The team is small and flat and there's no room to wait for direction, and no layer between you and the outcome.

Responsibilities

* Own the borrower journey end-to-end — onboarding (OTP, KYC, document upload), bureau (soft pull at pre-qualify, hard pull at sanction), eKYC, and eSign

* Translate credit policy into product logic — eligibility rules, scorecard inputs, decisioning flows — and configure them with tech and the LOS/LMS vendor • Configure the LMS repayment engine, EMI calculation, and prepayment module with the vendor

* Drive NACH/UPI AutoPay integration including bounce tracking and retry logic

* Define and build borrower communication touchpoints across the loan lifecycle

* Own vendor relationships across the stack (KYC, bureau, payments, eSign, collections) — scoping, integration, and ongoing performance

* Lead UAT across tracks — write cases, execute, log bugs, chase resolution • Keep product and process documentation current; nothing goes live undocumented

Requirements

* 3–6 years in fintech/lending, with demonstrable experience building a lending product 0 to 1 (not optimizing an existing book)

* A mix of tech, product, and policy exposure. Comfortable owning credit logic and integration specs, not just borrower UX

* Hands-on with KYC flows, bureau integrations, and eSign implementations • Can read API specs and catch issues in them, not just consume them • Understands NACH mandates, EMI collection workflows, and where they break

* Can write clearly and coordinate cross-functionally without escalating everything upward

* SQL/analytics ability to self-serve on funnel and portfolio data
