Product Manager - Lending Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy and technical roadmap for lending technology solutions. Prioritise features and enhancements based on business objectives, market trends in fintech/lending, and stakeholder feedback, especially focusing on digital lending innovations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, credit risk, operations, and compliance teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories. Ensure alignment across teams and successful, on-time delivery of product features.
• Gen AI-Led Innovation for Digital Lending Platform: Lead Gen AI-based innovation across the end-to-end life cycle of the lending solution i. e., right from lead generation till the account is closed
• Solution Integrations: Oversee and coordinate integration of any bought-out solution with internal banking systems and third-party services (e. g. credit bureaus, payment gateways, KYC providers) to expand platform functionality and ensure smooth data flow across all systems.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external technology vendors and solution partners involved in lending system development or services. Ensure vendors meet delivery timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements while integrating their solutions with our platform.
• User Feedback and Iteration: Engage with users (both internal stakeholders and customers) to gather feedback on product performance. Use insights and lending market research to drive continuous improvements, user experience enhancements, and innovative solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Collaborate with QA and compliance teams to ensure new lending product features meet regulatory standards (e. g., RBI guidelines) and maintain high performance, security, and reliability. Monitor product KPIs and troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure a robust, compliant platform.

Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of any of the lending products and processes. e. g., personal loans, home loans, education loans) and familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or Loan Management Systems (LMS).

Technical Skills:

• Good grasp of software development (desirable) and system integration principles.
• Experience using Gen AI and prompt-based design and development. Working with databases and fintech platforms, and managing end-to-end technical projects.
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams to evaluate technical solutions and ensure scalable, high-performance product implementations.
• Ability to transition from traditional AI/ML solutions to Gen AI and Agentic AI for product development.
