Product Manager to drive the strategy, execution, and growth of products that impact millions of users. We are seeking a product professional who has successfully managed multiple product initiatives end-to-end and thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, possesses strong business acumen, understands technical concepts, and excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete product lifecycle—from problem discovery and requirement gathering to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, Analytics, and Business teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
• Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Leverage data, customer insights, and market research to make informed product decisions.
• Define success metrics and monitor product performance to drive continuous optimization.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
• Drive product planning, forecasting, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a product-based or SaaS organization.
• Proven experience managing

multiple product initiatives and delivering products end-to-end.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Solid understanding of software development concepts, system architecture, APIs, and Agile development practices.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and participate in technical discussions.
• Experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and prioritization abilities. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working on consumer-facing digital products, platforms, or SaaS applications.
• Exposure to product analytics tools and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of customer journey mapping, user behavior analysis, and product metrics.
• Familiarity with AI-powered product capabilities or automation initiatives is an added advantage. What We're Looking For
