Role Manager/AM Product With the business poised for its next phase of growth, we're looking for a product manager who will shape how millions of jobseekers experience Job Hai, from the first time they open the app to the day they land a job, and every reason they come back in between.

Job Description

You will own the jobseeker app experience end to end, with a sharp focus on engagement and retention

You will define the product vision and roadmap for your charter, and prioritise ruthlessly against it

You will spend real time with our users, in the field, on calls and in research, and turn what you learn into product bets

You will run a tight experimentation loop: hypothesis, A/B test, readout, scale or kill

You will set success metrics for what you ship, track them closely and own the outcomes

You will work closely with design, tech, analytics, copy and CLM teams to take ideas from a scribble to live in users' hands

You will interface with senior stakeholders across product, growth, marketing and business

Desired Experience

1-3 years in product management, preferably on consumer apps, with a track record of moving real metrics

Deeply customer-centric: you start with the user's problem, not the feature

Strong analytical skills; comfortable with funnels & cohorts & you pull your own numbers

An experimentation mindset, with the judgement to know what's worth testing

Clear, crisp communication, written and verbal, and the ability to bring senior stakeholders along

Comfortable with ambiguity and a hands-on, get-it-done attitude
