Product Manager - Investment BIU LEAD

Job Role -

Team Lead – BIU (Investment Product MIS/Data Analytics) Key Responsibilities

Reporting & MIS Management :

• Lead the preparation and dissemination of accurate and timely MIS for investment products across all channels
• Ensure consistency and standardization of reporting logic across products and processes
• Handle ad-hoc MIS requests from business and customer service teams

Budgeting & Performance Tracking :

• Drive annual budget setting aligned with channel objectives
• Monitor and measure channel performance against set targets and KPIs

Data Analytics & Insights :

• Analyze transaction data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
• Convert complex datasets into actionable insights for product and portfolio enhancement
• Design and maintain dashboards that provide strategic business insights to senior management

Stakeholder Collaboration :

• Coordinate with reporting, alliance, and product teams to improve product and portfolio outcomes
• Collect and reconcile data from multiple stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness

Automation & Process Improvement :

• Implement systems and tools to automate reporting and reduce manual interventions
• Recommend and drive process improvements and system enhancements for operational efficiency

Team Management :

• Manage a team of 5–6 employees responsible for regular MIS delivery
• Drive team productivity and motivation

Job Requirements :

• Graduate with decent English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas and functions)
• Experience in reporting, MIS, and data analysis (handling large datasets, pivot tables, numerical analysis)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or other analytics tools/languages is an added advantage
• Minimum 12 years of experience in wealth management reporting or business reporting
• Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and dedication
• Willingness to learn with a continuous improvement mindset
