Product Manager – Industrial Portfolio (AI-Native) About the Role We are hiring an experienced Product Manager to lead our Industrial software portfolio, including B2B e-commerce, industrial CRM, field service management, logistics & dispatch, pricing optimization, and HVAC workflow solutions. These products support mission-critical operations for distributors, technicians, fleet operators, and sales teams, where reliability and workflow efficiency directly impact business outcomes. This role requires a product leader with strong operational domain expertise in at least one relevant industry (industrial distribution, field service, logistics, B2B commerce, or pricing) and the ability to quickly ramp into adjacent domains. We are looking for someone who already uses GenAI as part of their daily product management workflow and can identify meaningful AI opportunities that improve customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap across the Industrial portfolio.
• Conduct customer discovery with distributors, field technicians, fleet managers, and sales teams to identify product opportunities.
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable, well-designed solutions.
• Own product metrics including adoption, workflow efficiency, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to validate product direction and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Drive AI initiatives such as intelligent pricing, predictive analytics, technician scheduling, demand forecasting, and sales recommendations. What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building products for operational users such as technicians, warehouse teams, logistics operators, distributors, or industrial sales teams.
• Domain expertise in one or more of: industrial distribution, field service management, logistics, B2B commerce, pricing intelligence, or supply chain.
• Proven ability to learn new domains quickly and translate customer problems into successful products.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) for research, product discovery, documentation, and decision-making.
• Experience with ERP-integrated products (SAP, NetSuite, Epicor, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Productboard, Jira, Figma, SQL, Mixpanel/Amplitude, and modern product development practices.
