Key Responsibilities:
- Own product problem areas end-to-end, from discovery and solutioning to execution and measuring impact.
- Understand the why behind consumer problems and identify opportunities to create meaningful impact.

- Drive product initiatives from problem identification through execution and outcome measurement.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 25 years of product experience is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of consumer problems and product thinking.
- High learning agility and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Strong collaboration skills across Design, Engineering, and Business teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building a product, startup, or YouTube channel with demonstrable traction.
- Candidates from Tier-1 colleges such as IITs, NITs, and BITS are preferred.
- Exposure to D2C or consumer-focused businesses is an advantage.
- Experience working in a startup or growth-stage organization is preferred.
