Product Manager II Full-Time | Hybrid & Remote Pune, India Role Overvi ewWe are looking for multiple passionate and driven Product Manager IIs to join our team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product experience — delivering innovative, intuitive solutions that end-users love and rely on every day. You will be accountable for achieving strong product-market fit by combining deep customer empathy, market intelligence, and disciplined execution. We are hiring across both Hybrid and Remote engagement models, so candidates from Pune and beyond are encouraged to app ly.What You'll Do* Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business goals and customer outcome s.* Partner with UX, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to ship high-quality B2B SaaS products using agile methodologie s.* Champion the voice of the customer — conduct discovery, synthesize insights from research, and translate them into actionable product requirement s.* Collaborate with customer advisory groups, executive stakeholders, and end-users to drive adoption,retention, and renewa l.* Define and track key product metrics; use data to make informed prioritization decisions and iterate rapidl y.* Communicate product plans, progress, and results clearly to both technical teams and execut iveaudience s.* Navigate ambiguity with confidence — make calculated, timely decisions even with incomplete informatio n.What We're Looking For Experience & Backgrou nd* 5–9 years of product management experience in B2B tech, with a strong track record of building commercially successful product s.* Experience managing products through the $25M–$100M ARR growth phas e.* Proven ability to design, develop, and ship B2B SaaS products using agile framework s.* Strong B2B and B2C product experience — you understand both enterprise-grade and consumer-facing product dynamic s.* Strong familiarity with customer service, help desk, and support workflows is a significant advantag e.* Strong AI product experience is a must — hands-on background building or scaling AI-powe redfeatures, with working knowledge of tools such as Vertex AI or equivalen t.Mandatory Domain Experien ceYou must have hands-on PM experience in at least one of the followin g:* API & Integration Produc ts* Gaming Console Platforms Gaming industry experience is a strong plus — candidates with this background will stand ou t.Skills & Competenci es* Deeply customer-centric — experienced working alongside UX research teams and customer advisory board s.* Excellent communicator: equally comfortable in executive conversations and deep-dive sessions with engineer s.* Highly data-driven with strong analytical thinking; able to extract signal from data and act decisivel y.* Strong prioritization instincts — you're focused, structured, and resilient to distractio n.* Bias to action — you can move forward confidently with incomplete information and manage calculated ris k.Who We Want to Hear From We are particularly interested in candidates who have built products at product-led, technology-first companies.
