Product Manager II

You will join the Product Management team building zero-to-1 products. We use best-in-class AI tools at every step of the product lifecycle: strategy, UX, development, and testing. That takes a lean team of senior, hands-on, AI-adept people who can iterate ultra-rapidly and ship fast. You will see the whole cycle, from ideation to launch to measurable success.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Product management:

• Own each feature end to end: ideation, implementation, go-live, and adoption.
• Use AI tools to speed up specs, prototyping, analysis, and QA.

User interviews and research:

• Lead continuous discovery through interviews, contextual inquiry, and surveys to understand workflows, pain points, and decision criteria.
• Turn qualitative and quantitative insights into clear problem statements, personas/JTBD, journey maps, and prioritized opportunity areas.

Growth and analytics:

• Track output metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, engagement) and input metrics (conversion funnels, feature engagement).
• Work hands-on with product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude) and data platforms (Metabase, Superset).
• Ideate features with the highest impact on the metrics that matter, and prioritize them using structured frameworks.

UX:

• Work with UX designers to create intuitive, engaging interfaces that drive adoption and NPS.

Forward deployment and adoption:

• Act as a forward-deployed PM, embedded with customer teams to unblock integrations, workflow changes, and rollouts.
• Build adoption playbooks: onboarding flows, enablement content, rollout checklists, admin guides, and best-practice templates.

Requirements:

• 3 to 7 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in product management.
• BTech/BE in Computer Science or Information Technology from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 engineering college.
• Prior formal software engineering experience, meaning coding was your role at some point in your career.
• Hands-on AI work, such as building or shipping AI/LLM-powered features or using AI tools in your daily product workflow.

Skills:

• Strong grounding in statistics, analytics, business intelligence, and SQL, with fluency in product analytics platforms.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and turn them into actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of web and mobile technology platforms and what they can do.
• A keen eye for design and aesthetics, plus excellent UX and copywriting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated experience running user research.
• Meticulous program management and execution discipline.
