Product Manager - Hyper Personalization

About the Opportunity

We are hiring for a leading global management consulting firm that is building next-generation digital customer engagement and personalization capabilities for Fortune 500 clients across Banking, Financial Services, Retail, Telecom, Consumer, and other industries.

This role is ideal for Product Managers who have built platforms that deliver personalized customer experiences across owned digital and assisted channels using customer data, Generative AI and Machine Learning, content factory, decisioning engines, and experimentation.

What You'll Own

You will define, execute, and extract value by implementing the product vision roadmap for a Personalization Platform that dynamically assembles and delivers personalized content, offers, and creatives across multiple customer touchpoints.

The platform enables organizations to deliver the right message, creative, experience to the right customer at the right time across channels such as:

- Mobile App

- Web

- WhatsApp

- Push Notifications

- Email

- SMS

- Chatbots

- Call Center

- Connected TV / Digital Displays in stores/ branches

- Other owned customer engagement channels

Ideal Background

We're looking for Product Managers who have experience building one or more of the following:

- Personalization Platforms

- Customer Engagement Platforms

- Recommendation Engines

- Creative Decisioning Platforms

- Journey Orchestration Platforms

- Martech Platforms

- Customer Communication Platforms

- Omnichannel Engagement Platforms

Experience We Value

- Product ownership of personalization, recommendations, engagement, or customer experience platforms.

- Experience with customer journeys, behavioural targeting, segmentation, and contextual personalization.

- Strong understanding of experimentation, analytics, funnel optimization, and growth metrics.

- Exposure to AI/ML-driven personalization, recommendation systems, or decision engines.

- Experience working across multiple owned customer engagement channels.

- Ability to translate business problems into scalable product capabilities.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from Consumer Internet, E-commerce, OTT, Banking, FinTech, Retail, Telecom, Digital Platforms, or SaaS/MarTech organizations are highly preferred.
