Product Manager - Growth & AI Products

As a Product Manager, you'll own key product areas focused on user growth, engagement, retention, and monetisation. You'll work closely with Engineering, AI, Design, Growth, and Analytics teams to build features, run experiments, and make data-driven decisions that improve the overall customer journey. This is a high-ownership role where you'll influence product strategy while delivering measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product delivery for key growth initiatives from discovery and prioritisation to launch and iteration.
• Drive improvements across user activation, engagement, retention, and monetisation.
• Define product roadmaps based on customer feedback, business priorities, and data insights.
• Conduct user research, analyse customer behaviour, and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
• Design and execute A/B experiments to validate product hypotheses and optimise conversion funnels.
• Track key product metrics including activation, retention, churn, engagement, conversion, and revenue.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, AI, Design, Analytics, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.
• Write product requirements, define success metrics, prioritise backlogs, and manage product releases.
• Partner with AI teams to integrate intelligent capabilities into customer-facing workflows.
• Continuously monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of Product Management experience in a high-growth SaaS, B2B, B2C, or consumer technology company.
• Experience owning products from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of product growth, user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation strategies.
• Experience running A/B tests, analysing user behaviour, and making data-driven product decisions.
• Ability to define product metrics and translate insights into product improvements.
• Strong collaboration skills with Engineering, Design, Data Science, AI, and Business teams.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building AI-powered or GenAI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4 or Looker.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, subscription models, or marketplace products.
• Technical understanding of APIs, data models, and modern software development processes.
