Product Manager - Growth AI Bootcamps
Team: Naukri AI Bootcamps
Location: Noida
We're looking for a growth product manager who lives and breathes funnel conversion against a captive, high-intent audience - someone who can take Naukri's owned traffic and turn it into paying learners without an ad budget. They cut their own data, run relentless experiments on the self-serve funnel, and move the conversion number basis point by basis point. Above all, they've monetized an existing audience before and thrive in a 0-to-1 build.
WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS:
We're building AI upskilling programs that help India's workforce become ready for a market that's changing fast - the first step toward Naukri becoming where people don't just find a job, but become qualified for one.
The way we reach learners is specific: we bring these programs to Naukri's own massive, intent-rich audience through the platform itself - not through paid marketing. So the entire growth job is converting owned, captive traffic through a self-serve funnel, meeting users where they already are and taking them from "I need these skills" to "I can prove I have them."
This is the make-or-break role on the team. If you think in CAC-across-ad-channels, this isn't your seat. If you think in funnel conversion against a captive audience, read on.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- The conversion funnel, end to end from the point a Naukri user encounters the product, through landing, self-serve checkout, onboarding, to first-session activation. Every drop-off is yours to diagnose and fix.
- Penetration as the north-star metric - the % of active users who convert to paying learners. You move this number, basis point by basis point.
- On-platform conversion-rate optimization experimentation, funnel analytics, landing and checkout optimization, messaging, pricing/tier tests. Rigorous, data-led, continuous.
- Pricing and packaging - one of our highest-leverage levers; you'll own testing and optimizing it.
- Close collaboration with Naukri's product org - you're part of the Naukri team, working with fellow product managers on placement mechanics, targeting, entry points, and integration to build the funnel on the platform.
- Attribution and instrumentation - ensuring the funnel is fully measured and conversions are attributed cleanly and correctly.
- Self-serve as product - the checkout and enrollment experience is mission-critical infrastructure at scale, and you own its performance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Must-haves:
- 2-3 years in product, with real ownership of a conversion or growth metric (funnel CVR, activation, penetration - not just feature delivery).
- Proven experience converting an existing / owned / organic audience into paying users - marketplace, platform, freemium-to-paid, or captive-traffic monetization.
- Deeply data-fluent: you cut your own funnel analysis, design experiments, and act on them. You don't wait for a dashboard.
- Strong instinct for self-serve, low-friction purchase flows at consumer scale.
- Collaborative and effective working across product, engineering, and business teams to get things built.
Strong pluses:
- Experience monetizing a large organic audience without paid marketing (this is the closest analog to the job).
- Consumer-internet or high-volume, low-ticket transaction experience.
- Edtech, jobs/careers, or marketplace background.
- Comfort in a 0-to-1 build with a small team.
Not a fit if:
- Your growth playbook is primarily paid acquisition / media buying - this role has no ad budget by design.
- You optimize for feature launches over conversion outcomes.
- You need a mature product org and defined processes rather than to build the funnel from scratch.
