Product Manager - Genomics

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the genomics product and market-development plan.

• Support products and workflows in NGS, sequencing, library preparation, target enrichment, and related applications.

• Understand customer research objectives and identify suitable product solutions.

• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions.

• Develop product literature, application notes, presentations, and sales-enablement material.

• Build relationships with genomics laboratories, universities, research institutes, biotech companies, CROs, and pharmaceutical RD teams.

• Support customer evaluations, quotations, tenders, product trials, and opportunity conversion.

• Track market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and customer requirements.

• Monitor product pipeline, adoption, revenue, and customer feedback.

• Coordinate with international principals, Technical, Applications, Marketing, and Sales teams.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree or PhD in Genomics, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in genomics, NGS, molecular biology, product management, applications, technical sales, or business development.

• Strong understanding of sequencing workflows and genomics applications.

• Strong technical presentation and customer-engagement skills.

• Willing to travel for customer meetings, conferences, workshops, and training.
