Product Manager (General Insurance) - Immediate Joiner - Worli Mumbai

The MF Channel Support is responsible for managing the Mutual Fund Product distribution processes, Compliance, Complaints and data management. Liasoning with AMCs and on-boarding empaneling new AMCs. Managing NFO related activities. The process manager is also responsible for distributor license renewal from time to time.Key Responsibilities

         Co-ordination with LI partners & ABR for availability of business reports and dashboards (T+1). 

         Managing daily dashboards and ensuring accuracy of these MIS. 

         Ensuring Unidesk Query, business credit related query resolution through ABR within (T+2) days. 

         Accuracy of reports for audit and regulatory filing. 

         Aligning the resource role file with SP mapping and sharing the same with partners every 10 days. 

         Resolving ad hoc requests coming from CO & field regarding business numbers, inclusion of offline cases or reporting discrepancy to partners. 

         Releasing all necessary dashboards daily from Life ID to relevant stakeholders in co-ordination with the partners. 

         Prepare & provide AOP data on a monthly basis and steeplechase business update on a weekly basis. 

         Inter department co-ordination for streamlining reports. 

         Updation of SP & branch mapping in LIC system. 

         Tracking of cancellation & refund for LIC.
