Product Manager (General Insurance)_ Hyderabad @ Fulltime Role

Required Skills & Experience

• 1220 years of overall experience, with significant experience in Product Management, Product Leadership, Solutioning, or related roles.
• Proven experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and end-to-end product delivery.
• Strong experience translating complex business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Architecture, Design, QA, Data, and Business teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple products, initiatives, or complex solution areas.
• Strong understanding of product metrics, KPIs, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Visio, MS Excel, PowerPoint, or similar product/project management tools.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Insurance , AgriTech, or other technology-driven industries.
• Experience working on digital transformation or enterprise-scale technology products.
• Exposure to APIs, cloud platforms, microservices, data platforms, AI/ML, or other modern technology ecosystems.
• Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
• MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
