Role Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end product management of enterprise Wi-Fi solutions, including lifecycle management, strategy development, and revenue ownership. Manages product launches, analyzes market opportunities, and communicates customer value.
What Youll Do:
- Own revenue and P&L for enterprise Wi-Fi solutions
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch, updates, enhancements, and end-of-life planning
- Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap
- Identify opportunities and bundled solutions
- Understand technology, solutions, and customer benefits
- Communicate customer benefits based on market analysis
- Manage OEM/vendor relationships
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- 8-12 years of experience in Telecom, Networking, Managed Services, or Enterprise Connectivity
- Minimum 3-5 years of product management experience in Enterprise Wi-Fi, Networking, LAN/WLAN, or Managed Network Services
- Experience with enterprise customers and channel ecosystems
- Proven experience in product launches, GTM planning, and business growth initiatives
- Experience in product strategy, roadmap management, and lifecycle management
- Knowledge of pricing, commercial models, market analysis, and competitive intelligence
- Experience in revenue and profitability management
- Strong problem-solving skills and innovative approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently
- Structured thinker with strong personal ownership
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience with Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 6E, Wi-Fi 7
- Domain expertise in WLAN architecture & design, LAN/WAN networking, and network security fundamentals
- Experience with cloud-managed networking platforms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering / technology (Mandatory)
- MBA (Preferred)
- Cisco (CCNA / CCNP), Aruba Certified Professional, Ruckus Wireless Certifications, Fortinet or other Networking/Security Certifications (Preferred)
