Were looking for an experienced Product Manager – DMS (Salesforce) to join our IT team in Bangalore and drive the product strategy, delivery and evolution of our Distributor Management System.

Responsibilities: 

•   Define the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for the DMS
  
•   Drive end-to-end implementation and multi-market rollout
  
•   Own product backlog, prioritization, Agile/Scrum, UAT and release management
  
•   Partner with Sales/GT, Finance, Supply Chain, IT and implementation teams
  
•   Drive adoption, continuous improvement and business value
  

Requirements: 

•   8–10+ years in Product Management / BRM / DMS / SFA
  
•   Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration
  
•   Knowledge of Heroku preferred
  
•   Experience in Agile/Scrum and end-to-end project lifecycle management
  
•   Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  
•   DMS/SFA, secondary sales, schemes & claims experience preferred
  
•   Salesforce certification and SAP/ERP integration experience are a plus
