About the Company & Role
Muthoot Finance is undergoing a large-scale digital transformation to expand and scale across its Secured and Unsecured lending verticals. The goal is to build sustainable, scalable growth by leveraging our branch network and acquiring new customer segments digitally.
We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Product Manager to own the end-to-end digital lending strategy and execution for Gold Loans and Secured Loans (Property Loans) across customer DIY channels, field sales apps, and call-center journeys.
> Mandatory Criteria (Please Read Before Applying):
> * Relevant Experience: You must have 12–18 months of proven, hands-on experience building and scaling Gold Loan or Secured/Property Loan digital journeys (DIY, Assisted, or Call Center) from scratch.
> * Candidates with only generic or traditional product management background need NOT apply.
> * Strictly Work From Office: This role requires full-time presence at our Bangalore Corporate Office. No remote/hybrid options. Working on Saturdays (except 2nd and 3rd Saturdays) is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
* Digital Lending Journey Ownership: Conceptualize, build, launch, and scale seamless omnichannel lending journeys across Customer DIY (Web & Mobile Apps), Field Sales Mobile Apps, and Call Center channels.
* Funnel Tracking & Optimization: Actively analyze acquisition funnels, identify drop-offs, and execute high-impact product enhancements to drive conversion rates.
* Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate daily with IT/Engineering, Risk, Underwriting, Testing/QA, Analytics, and Business units to ensure product releases meet strict TAT benchmarks.
* Vendor & Partner Integrations: Partner with third-party tech vendors, aggregators, and API providers to integrate and scale digital lending solutions.
* Market Benchmarking: Track digital lending innovations, competitor product journeys, and regulatory updates across the Indian lending ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Relevant Experience: 12 to 18 months of execution and scale-up experience specifically in Gold Loan / Property Loan digital journeys.
* Core Systems Knowledge: Solid functional understanding of backend lending architecture: LOS (Loan Origination System), LMS (Loan Management System), and BRE (Business Rule Engine).
* Technical Acumen: Ability to read, understand, and integrate APIs. Prior coding experience (Web/Android) is a strong plus.
* Data Rigor: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for performance tracking, funnel analytics, and data interpretation.
* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech from a reputed college) AND an MBA (Marketing and/or Finance).
