Product Manager - Data Products

Shift Timings: 7:30PM IST to 12:30AM IST (Non-negotiable. All key syncs occur here). Remaining hours flexible(day shift).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Domain ownership — End-to-end PM for Lease, Sales, Finance, and Contacts Gold domains: roadmap, requirements, vendor delivery, and consumer adoption
• Data analysis & testing — Actively validate data outputs across bronze, silver, and gold layers; help to define test cases; verify transformation logic produces accurate, complete results
• Engineer collaboration — Work daily with data engineers to review outputs, diagnose gaps, iterate transformation logic, and confirm fixes end-to-end
• Data source tracking — Maintain coverage across 31+ sources; track onboarding status, refresh frequency, and quality gaps so nothing falls through the cracks
• Stakeholder engagement — Run working sessions with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders; translate between technical constraints and business requirements
• Data product delivery — Own PM coverage for marketplace onboarding; ensure DQ, DG, and ontology standards are met before go-live
• DQ/DG governance — Own domain scorecards, lineage, and stewardship workflows in Collibra and SODA as an ongoing practice, not a one-time setup
• Agile delivery — Sprint planning, backlog ownership, and Jira/Confluence standards across two implementation vendors

YOU'RE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAV

• E6–10 years in Product Management; at least 3 years on data platform or MDM program
• sHands-on experience working with data engineers — reviewing SQL, validating pipeline outputs, iterating on transformation logi
• cExperience with data testing, validation, and root cause analysis on data quality issue
• sSQL literacy — you can read, interpret, and question a query; coding not require
• dFamiliarity with Snowflake, Collibra, SODA, or Reltio MDM concepts is a strong advantag
• eAbility to run technical working sessions and drive to decisions, not just facilitat
• eExcellent English communication; comfortable presenting to senior business stakeholder
• sPrior experience with US-based engineering teams in a global delivery mode l
