About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle across mobile apps and web e-commerce platforms - from ideation to launch and continual optimization.
- Prioritize product strategies, feature requests and backlogs effectively based on impact, effort, and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases on schedule.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to define go-to-market plans, launch timelines, and cross-functional alignment for new launches.
- Track, analyse and report product KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value, and engagement metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement of the end-to-end user experience through experiments, feedback, and data analysis to consistently improve KPIs.
Requirements:
- Strong product sense with experience in e-commerce and other consumer apps.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent understanding of mobile UX patterns, app engagement loops, and retention levers.
- Working knowledge of A/B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
- Solid collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Technical familiarity with APIs, development lifecycles, version control.
- Outcome-oriented mindset with a bias for action and measurable impact.
