Product Manager - Crop Protection

We are hiring a Product Manager based in Mumbai for a leading organization in the Agrochemical industry. The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of experience in Product Management within the Agchem sector, along with a B.Sc. in Agriculture and/or an MBA in Agribusiness. This role requires strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop product strategies and drive business growth. The role involves developing product and go-to-market strategies, managing new product launches, creating business cases for new molecules and co-marketing opportunities, and driving profitability through pricing and portfolio management. The incumbent will be responsible for market intelligence, including crop, pest, and molecule analysis, identifying portfolio gaps, tracking industry trends, and preparing strategic presentations and training materials to support field marketing and sales teams. The position also requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns, dealer engagement programs, product communication, and sales enablement initiatives. Additionally, the Product Manager will oversee budgeting, promotional planning, marketing MIS, and performance reporting while ensuring effective implementation of product strategies across regions. The role demands a proactive professional with creativity, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to translate market insights into successful product and commercial strategies in a competitive agrochemical environment.
