Product Manager - Consumer Products

Role Overview:

The Maverick Product Builder will serve as a key architect of our future product suite, operating with the autonomy of an entrepreneur within the organization. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategic vision and granular execution, leading cross-functional squads to conceptualize, build, and scale products from the ground up. This role demands a hands-on approach to product operations and design, working closely with engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure that every feature launched drives measurable business growth and superior user engagement. You will be the primary driver of product innovation, ensuring our roadmap remains agile and responsive to shifting market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy, translating complex business requirements into actionable roadmaps that align with long-term company goals.

- Lead the entire lifecycle of new product development, from initial market research and user discovery to final launch and post-market optimization.

- Implement growth hacking methodologies to identify and capitalize on user acquisition and retention opportunities, directly impacting bottom-line performance.

- Manage product operations by streamlining workflows between engineering and design teams to ensure high-velocity delivery in an agile environment.

- Champion a culture of innovation by continuously evaluating emerging technologies and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
