Product Manager - Co-branded Credit Cards Business

Job Purpose:

This role will be responsible for managing expanding e-comm presence and driving volumes Managing new partner integration projects by interacting with (internal and external) stakeholders

• Managing partner relationships
• Driving volumes by optimizing conversions, managing campaigns and schemes

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing new partner integration projects by interacting with (internal and external) stakeholders including Tech, compliance, legal, partner, credit etc
• Manage tie-ups with new partner / merchants for Schemes / Offers, Special discounts and smooth running of the various programs.
• Driving volumes by optimizing conversions by regular funnel analysis and working with tech/credit/analytics/fintech/program team for necessary changes
• Managing campaigns and schemes for volume growth while optimizing profitability
• Note: the role will start with driving volumes for 3 new e-comm journeys

Job Requirements:

• MBA
• 8 to 12 Years of experience in Project Management and or driving volumes in CD or E-comm
• Experience in managing relationships with internal and external partners, including merchants, brands, and OEMs.
• Knowledge on DLG, KYC and other key lending guidelines
• Interpersonal and Convincing skills / Manage Cross Functional Team members
• Exceptional communication skills & Multilingual
