Product Manager- Business Systems and Operations

About the Role:

EMotorad is looking for a Product Manager to own the digital backbone running our manufacturing, logistics, operations, order management, and finance workflows. This is not an ERP administrator role we need someone who thinks in business problems first, and treats ERPNext and Frappe as the platform used to solve them.

What You Will Do:

Sit between business stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, operations, and finance, and translate their operational pain points into a coherent product roadmap. Prioritize what gets built or configured next based on business impact, not ticket volume. Own end-to-end processes production planning, inventory and warehouse flows, order-to-cash, procurement, financial reconciliation — all running on Frappe and ERPNext. Work closely with developers to scope customizations. Measure success in cycle time reduction, error reduction, and process throughput, not system uptime alone.

What We're Looking For:

3–7 years in product management, business systems, or a techno-functional role, ideally at a manufacturing, D2C, or supply-chain-heavy company.

Strong preference for people who've owned outcomes across multiple functions, not just one.

Comfort with ERP concepts expected — but we're explicitly not looking for someone whose primary identity is "ERP tool expert." You should be able to sit with a warehouse manager or a finance controller, understand the real problem, then figure out if the fix is a process change, a workflow automation, or a system configuration.

Nice to Have:

Prior Frappe/ERPNext exposure, experience scaling an ERP from one module to many, and enough technical fluency to scope requirements without being a developer.
