About this role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager (Business Systems Analyst) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong background in Life or Wealth Insurance.
Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
- Analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical guidance.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development.
Job Requirements
- Graduate degree from a renowned University.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Experience in Life or Wealth Insurance is mandatory.
- Preferred Agile/Product Management certification such as CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, PSPO, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development life cycles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
