About this role
Job Description:
1. Product Ownership & Requirement Management
- Understand business needs and convert them into clear, structured Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for the Tech team.
- Prioritize enhancements and projects based on business value, operational impact, compliance needs, and regulatory timelines.
- Maintain a transparent and updated product backlog with effort vs. impact assessment.
2. Project Execution Across LOS & LSQ (CRM)
- Lead end-to-end execution of all enhancements or new module development across LOS and LSQ.
- Coordinate with technology teams on solution design, effort estimation, timelines, and development progress.
- Ensure interdependencies between modules (credit, ops, sales, etc.) are mapped and managed proactively.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Engage with Credit, Operations, Risk, Sales, Compliance and other teams to validate requirements and incorporate their feedback.
- Conduct regular project updates, align decisions, and obtain sign-offs at key stages.
- Serve as the primary bridge between business users and technology.
4. Testing, UAT & Go-Live Readiness
- Create UAT test cases and manage end-to-end testing for all LOS/LSQ releases.
- Validate that delivered features match business needs and close all gaps before deployment.
- Drive go-live planning, communication, training material creation, and rollout execution.
5. Adoption, Training & Monitoring
- Prepare process notes, SOPs, and training modules for end users.
- Conduct training sessions for business teams and ops/credit users.
- Track post-go-live adoption, usage metrics, user feedback, and ensure continuous improvement.
6. Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all regulatory/compliance-related technology changes are captured, prioritized, and delivered within required timelines.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for all tech changes. 7.
Tech Competition Benchmarking
- Conduct ongoing benchmarking of key competitors' products and technology positioning
- Identify gaps, and differentiators that can be converted into viable business opportunities. 8.
Process Design & Efficiency Enhancement
- Map end‑to‑end customer and internal workflows; identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation.
- Improve TAT, reduce leakage, and enhance overall customer experience.
9. Understanding of Lending Product and its nuances
- The role requires strong product thinking, analytical ability, deep market understanding, and cross‑functional skills to ensure every product proposition delivers
growth . The candidate will closely collaborate with Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams, while also engaging with external partners and institutions.

- Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of lending workflows, LOS systems, and CRM platforms.
- Experience in product management or business analysis for tech-driven projects.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving approach. Handon with Excel and data – analysis.
- Data – driven decisioning to arrive at efficacy of the project outcomes or suggest areas of improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with ownership and discipline.
Skills The Product Manager – Business Analyst will be responsible for driving key technology initiatives across the Loan Origination System (LOS) and LSQ (CRM) platforms. The role requires strong product ownership, business analysis, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on management of project delivery—from requirement gathering to UAT and go‑live readiness.
Qualification & Experience
- 4- 8 years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, or Technology roles within financial services or fintech.
- Preferable if has scrum master certification or any other relevant certification
- Prior experience with LOS/CRM systems is a strong advantage.
- MBA/Engineering background preferred but not mandatory.
- Any additional knowledge of technology domains i.e. Java script, Python or any AI tools will be an added advantage.
