Product Manager_Astro

Key Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap for the Astrology and Spiritual Guidance platform, aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.

Manage the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to launch, measurement and optimisation.

Drive the core monetisation loops, including the wallet and recharge economy, paid chat, call and live consultations, and subscription plans.

Own the two sided experience, balancing seeker demand with astrologer supply, onboarding, quality and availability.

Build category specific experiences such as daily and personalised horoscopes, kundli, matchmaking, and muhurat and festival led engagement.

Improve activation, engagement, retention and ARPU through structured experimentation and funnel optimisation.

Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Analytics and Business teams to ship high quality features.

Analyse customer journeys, user behaviour and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Conduct competitor analysis across the Astrology, Spiritual Guidance and Wellness Tech ecosystem.

Leverage data, user feedback and A/B testing to make informed product decisions.

Prepare Product Requirement Documents, user stories, acceptance criteria and release plans.

Monitor KPIs and continuously optimise product performance.

Key Insight: The strongest candidates will understand the economics of a consultation marketplace, the role of vernacular and regional language experiences for Indian astrology users, and where AI and personalisation can improve engagement and margins.

Required Qualifications

3 to 6 years of overall professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Product Management.

Proven experience managing consumer facing mobile applications or digital platforms at scale.

Strong understanding of product strategy, user experience and product analytics.

Hands on experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

Ability to work with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

Product experience in Astrology, Spiritual Guidance, Spiritual Tech or a closely related domain is strongly preferred.

Experience in adjacent categories such as dating and social, live streaming and creator platforms, gaming, health and wellness, or consultation marketplaces.

Exposure to two sided marketplaces and virtual currency or wallet based economies.

Familiarity with AI led personalisation and recommendation systems.

Comfort building for vernacular and regional language audiences in India.
