Product Manager associate

Seeking an experienced Product Manager with 3-6 years of experience to support the data product organization for Data Strategy & Execution. The associate will translate business goals into well-defined epics and stories and help drive delivery through Agile ceremonies and governance practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Work under Senior Product Manager and support EPICS creation activities
• Create detailed scope document for each sprint goal and clarify any doubts of project team timely
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies to track progress and ensure it align with project goals.
• Support implementation of robust data governance practices
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in operations in Capital Market in Lending, Transaction Banking, Private and Commercial Banking.

Required Skills

• Prior experience of working on Data projects for 3-6 years as Junior Product Manager
• Good experience of Agile and Scrum
• Good Communication Skill
• Prior experience of working with Senior Product Manager and creating user stories.
