Product Manager - Associate/Senior/Staff/Principal

About the Role We are a healthtech startup building AI-powered automation for clinical operations in the US healthcare market. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product roadmap, drive feature prioritization, and work closely with engineering, design, and customers to ship products that solve real workflow problems for medical practices.

What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end — from discovery and PRDs to launch and iteration
• Work directly with US-based clinic customers to understand pain points, validate solutions, and drive adoption
• Define requirements and acceptance criteria for AI agent workflows across the platform
• Partner with engineering to scope sprints, unblock delivery, and make build-vs-buy decisions
• Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to prioritise what to build next
• Manage cross-functional coordination between engineering, ops, sales, and customer success
• Own key product metrics — adoption, accuracy, turnaround time, customer satisfaction

Must Haves

• 3–12 years in product management, with at least 1–2 years on a B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS product
• Experience writing clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with SQL, dashboards, and data-driven prioritization
• Ability to talk directly to US customers and translate their problems into product specs
• Startup mindset — willing to do whatever it takes, not just manage tickets
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

Nice to Haves

• Healthcare / healthtech product experience (RCM, EHR integrations, payer workflows)
• Experience building AI/ML-powered products or working with LLM-based systems
• Familiarity with US healthcare terminology — insurance, billing, prior authorization
• Background in API-first or platform products
