Product Manager _AI, Product & UX

Role & responsibilities

• Own products from problem insight prototype build launch iteration • Understand students, learners, faculty, academic teams and other users deeply

• Turn ambiguous problems into simple product experiences
• Work closely with engineering, design, business and AI teams

• Create user journeys, wireframes and prototypes

• Use AI tools extensively for research, analysis, prototyping and product development
• Identify where AI, agents and automation can fundamentally change a workflow
• Define metrics and use data + user feedback to continuously improve the product
• Challenge assumptions including our own
• Decide not only what to build, but also what NOT to build

Preferred candidate profile

• 7-10 years of product-building experience

• Shipped 01 or significantly transformed existing products

• Strong UX/product design sensibility

• Worked closely with engineering and design

• Built or shipped AI-enabled products

• High ownership and comfort with ambiguity

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• A genuine curiosity about how technology changes human behaviour
