Tario is building AI-powered software that helps revenue teams identify opportunities, engage prospects, understand sales activity, and move work forward. Our product spans prospecting, engagement, reporting, CRM, and workflow automation.

We are a fast-moving team working to make AI useful in real business workflows. That means understanding where teams spend time, choosing the problems that matter most, and building experiences that work reliably alongside the systems customers already use.

The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager who can own customer-facing AI features from problem definition through launch and improvement. You'll shape the user experience, set priorities, work closely with design and engineering, and use customer feedback and product data to decide what to improve next.

This is a hands-on product role. You should be comfortable getting into the details of a workflow, testing an AI experience, and helping developers resolve ambiguity—while keeping the customer problem and product outcome at the center of your decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product features from initial problem definition through requirements, delivery, launch, and iteration
• Turn complex sales and business workflows into simple, useful product experiences
• Work with customers and internal teams to identify problems worth solving and test proposed solutions
• Define clear user flows, priorities, requirements, edge cases, and success measures
• Partner closely with designers and engineers to make trade-offs and deliver high-quality features
• Prototype ideas and test AI-powered workflows to learn quickly
• Evaluate where AI can complete useful work, where it needs human review, and how to handle failures
• Use product usage, customer feedback, and pilot results to improve or change direction
• Bring focus and clarity when there are many possible features to build

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of direct Product Manager experience, with ownership of customer-facing features
• Experience building or managing a B2B SaaS product
• Evidence of taking a feature from customer or business problem to shipped result
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered products or substantial AI prototypes, and the ability to explain what worked and what did not
• Strong product judgment: you can simplify a workflow, prioritize what matters, and make decisions from evidence
• Ability to work closely with engineering on feasibility, edge cases, testing, and delivery without needing to own the technical architecture
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Based in Bengaluru or willing to work from Bengaluru

Preferred Qualifications

• An engineering background or strong technical foundation
• A strong academic foundation, including from a leading engineering college in India
• Experience with CRM, sales technology, workflow automation, enterprise SaaS, or integrations
• Experience building AI features that take action within a workflow, rather than only generating content
