ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The AI & Digital function at Times Group is at the forefront of shaping how the Group builds its future across its diverse businesses in Media, Internet and Education. The function is focused on harnessing AI, digital technologies and emerging product capabilities to create new opportunities, transform existing businesses and build products that deliver meaningful business value at scale.

We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to help drive this transformation. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives on execution, ownership and speed, while also being able to zoom out, understand the broader business context and identify opportunities that can create significant value for the Group. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with technical depth, curiosity and a bias for action.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive products end-to-end: Own the product lifecycle from identifying the problem and defining the solution to building, testing, launching and continuously improving the product.
• Vibe code and build POCs: Rapidly prototype ideas using AI-assisted coding and emerging development tools to validate concepts and demonstrate business value.
• Build AI/agentic applications: Translate business opportunities into practical AI-powered products, workflows and agentic applications.
• Manage engineering teams: Work closely with and manage a team of engineers to deliver products and projects with high quality and within defined timelines.
• Partner with business stakeholders: Liaise closely with business leaders and functional teams to understand needs, define requirements, align priorities and drive adoption.
• Own testing and delivery: Drive end-to-end product testing, user acceptance, deployment and delivery, ensuring the final product meets business and user requirements.
• Continually improve products: Analyse user feedback, adoption and performance to continuously enhance product features, usability and impact.
• Drive innovation: Identify emerging technologies, new use cases and opportunities to continuously improve how Times Group businesses operate and serve their customers.
• Create business value: Develop and present recommendations that improve efficiency, generate revenue, enhance customer experience or create new growth opportunities.
