About the Job Project Role: Product Manager — AI Development Intelligence Project Role Description: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for an AI-powered intelligence platform built for software development teams. Work directly with the founding team to define, prioritize, and ship features that bridge the gap between what teams decide to build and what actually gets delivered. Must Have Skills: Product lifecycle management — discovery through delivery Writing structured feature specifications and acceptance criteria Working experience alongside engineering teams using AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) Proficiency with Agile and Scrum methodology Strong written and verbal communication Good to Have Skills: Experience with Jira, Notion, or Linear in an active sprint environment Exposure to BDD (Behaviour-Driven Development) practices Familiarity with developer tooling and software development workflows Prior experience at a product-first software company Minimum Experience: 2 years Educational Qualification: Any graduate. B.E / B.Tech / MCA preferred. Summary: Zephvion is building an intelligence layer for software teams working with AI in their development workflow. We are looking for a Product Manager who has directly experienced the gap between what gets spec'd and what gets shipped — and has strong opinions about why that gap exists and how to close it. Roles & Responsibilities: Define and own the product roadmap in close collaboration with the founding team Write detailed feature specifications, acceptance criteria, and user stories Conduct grooming sessions with engineering and ensure zero ambiguity at handoff Gather continuous feedback from users and translate it into product decisions Track feature outcomes post-release and feed learnings back into the roadmap Identify gaps between intended behaviour and shipped behaviour across sprints Professional & Technical Skills: Hands-on experience writing specs that go directly into engineering sprints Ability to work across ambiguous problem spaces without waiting for direction Structured thinker — communicates in clear, precise written language Comfortable reading technical documentation and engaging with engineering on implementation detail Understanding of how AI coding tools are used in modern engineering teams Additional Information: Location: Bengaluru | Hybrid Compensation: ₹10 LPA
