About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product and portfolio strategies for assigned biological products.
- Identify target crops, markets, farmer segments and business opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and market analysis.
- Develop product positioning, differentiation and value propositions.
- Understand farmer needs, pain points, adoption barriers and purchase drivers.
- Work with Agronomy teams on product trials, demonstrations and validation.
- Translate technical and trial results into commercial product propositions.
- Develop pricing, cost-per-acre and farmer ROI/value recommendations.
- Lead product commercialization, launches and market development initiatives.
- Train and support Sales teams on product positioning, application and competition.
- Provide product inputs for marketing campaigns and product communication.
- Monitor product performance, market feedback and competitor activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and provide inputs for innovation and R&D.
