Product Manager (Aero Domain)

Role & responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap based on business priorities.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and delivery teams to ensure successful product execution.
• Drive requirement clarification, prioritization, and scope alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Plan and coordinate UAT, validate delivered functionality, and facilitate business sign-off.
• Support product adoption, user feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure solutions align with airport/aviation business processes and operational requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 810 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Product Ownership.
• Strong experience in backlog management, prioritization, BRD, and user story creation.
• Hands-on experience with UAT planning, coordination, and sign-off.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.

Good understanding of aviation/airport domain and business processes
