About the Company A fast-growing global media buying platform that empowers advertisers in highly regulated verticals to leverage data for smarter ad buying decisions. The platform enables precise audience segmentation using proprietary AI-driven audience intelligence, delivering better targeting, forecasting, and campaign performance across screens and formats. About the Role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who is technical, data-driven, and energized by solving complex problems. You relentlessly pursue product-market fit, thrive in ambiguity, and execute with discipline. You take end-to-end ownership and measure success by customer outcomes—not just features shipped. You'll own a core product area, either the foundational platform capabilities that every vertical depends on or the healthcare/pharma vertical experience. Either way, your work will have a significant impact across the entire product. Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and end-to-end execution—from discovery through delivery—iterating based on customer feedback and data.
- Translate complex product requirements into clear, actionable specifications and make informed trade-off decisions.
- Design and build AI-first product capabilities by embedding AI into the core user experience.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Data Science to ensure every release delivers measurable customer value.
- Act as the voice of the customer by gathering requirements, creating prototypes, prioritizing initiatives, and defining release scope.
- Define and own feature-level success metrics, including adoption, performance, and reliability.
- Build scalable, reusable platform capabilities that can be leveraged across multiple business verticals. - Requirements
- 5–8 years of Product Management experience with hands-on exposure to AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, or DSP platforms (Product or Engineering background preferred).
- Proven track record of using data to identify opportunities, drive product decisions, and improve business outcomes.
- Experience delivering data products end-to-end in partnership with engineering teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction. Additional Requirements (Healthcare Vertical) - Plus
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Healthcare or Pharma Advertising, including HCP/DTC workflows, health data partnerships, and campaign measurement.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, FDA promotional guidelines, and healthcare privacy regulations. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with identity graphs, audience segmentation, bidding/auction systems, or measurement and attribution platforms.
- Exposure to regulated industries such as Healthcare, Political Advertising, or BFSI.
- Familiarity with EHR systems, health identity resolution, and privacy-by-design principles.
