Product Manager 2

• Weare looking for an experienced Product Manager looking to join our Growth /Retention Product Team. As a PM, you will have end-to-end ownership ofidentifying opportunities, crafting requirements/PRDs, executing launches,driving user adoption, optimizing the user lifecycle, driving ecosystempenetration, and building engaging products and flows for millions of Indianusers. You will closely collaborate with stakeholders to shape detailed productand business requirements and ensure seamless integration with the internalcredit risk systems and marketing engines to drive business.

• You will be responsible to manageengagement with internal and external third parties. Along with that,contribute to the development of the overall product strategy, product roadmap,and business plan. Youwill use data, metrics and qualitative customer inputs to create the productroadmap and work with Engineering and Design teams for delivery. In essence,you'll be one of those leading the charge in building best-in-class financialproduct experiences for millions.

• Whatwe are looking for:

• 5+years of overall work experience with 3+ years in a B2C product management role

• Experiencewith product-led journeys for financial products, ideation, and funnelimprovement

• Goodtrack record in designing product solutions to solve business problems.Obsessed with providing the highest quality product and experience to thecustomer

• Experiencewith managing business from a high level funnel monitoring to smallest atombased tracking

• Abilityto create a strategic product roadmap to achieve business objectives and getbuy-ins from senior stakeholders.

• Effectivelyuse 80/20 to identify projects/initiatives with biggest impact

• Experiencein working with Engineering to drive the product roadmap. Ability to organize,manage, and prioritize tasks with engineering through multiple product releasecycles

• Stronganalytical and business skills and ability to use data and metrics for decisionmaking

• Experiencein leading cross-functional teams in delivery of new products or services

• Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment where the requirements are constantlychanging

• Niceto have:

• Proven track record of increasing LTV (Lifetime Value) orretention rates.

• Experience working with large datasets to segment users (e.g.,distinguishing a 'risky' borrower from a 'high-potential borrower).

• Experience building products that form habits rather than justfacilitate transactions.

• Develop a deep understanding of yourproduct area, its business impact and Indian financial ecosystem

• Conduct in-depth user research tounderstand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.

• Use data, metrics and qualitativecustomer inputs to define the product roadmap for the short, medium and longterm.

• Own the product/business metrics forfeatures product releases

• Create quality PRDs, work withEngineering and UI/UX team to deliverproduct releases with top notch app experiences.

• Constantly analyse the productperformance against ROI, KPIs, and other metrics to improve performance.

• Analyze user data and conduct A/B testingto continuously optimize the product experience.

• Collaborate with different teams andsenior leadership to drive the product agenda.

• Drive DAU/MAU retention by gamifyingfinancial behaviors and user engagement loops.
