Product Manager 1

Responsibilities:

• Inventory and Warehouse Optimisation: Automate replenishment and ensure the right SKU quantities and placements for our dark stores and distribution centres.
• Last-Mile Delivery Challenges: Optimise operations so riders can deliver on time even when demand surges.
• Workforce Tech: Build smart apps that improve efficiency and automate workflows for our warehouse teams and delivery riders.
• Supplier, Finance and Compliance Automation: Streamline supplier management, finance processes, and compliance requirements to drive cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in product management.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• The ability to extract the data you need, analyse it effectively, and craft insightful narratives that drive impactful decisions without any help.
• Experience with e-commerce or internet-based products is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and influencing abilities.
• A creative, data-driven mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
