Role Description The Product Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves managing the lifecycle of products and services, from concept to launch, and ensuring they meet market needs and business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, defining product requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams (such as marketing, sales, and operations), and tracking product performance against key metrics. The specialist will support product strategy development, prioritize features and enhancements, gather stakeholder and customer feedback, and prepare clear documentation and presentations for internal and external use. The role requires active collaboration, structured planning, and timely execution to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Product Management and Product Strategy skills to oversee product lifecycle and align offerings with business objectives.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to evaluate data, understand customer needs, and identify market opportunities.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present product plans, and document requirements clearly.
• Relevant experience in product coordination, project management, or business analysis within marketing, technology, or service-oriented sectors is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, presentations, and product tracking software).
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, handle multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
