Role Description:

• Define and manage product roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct ROI analysis and competitor benchmarking to guide product decisions.
• Oversee PLC management from concept to retirement, ensuring timely delivery and market relevance.
• Ensure on-site installation quality and adherence to standards
• Establish and maintain Voice of the Customer (VoC) feedback loops to capture insights and drive improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product-market fit.
• Translate Jobs-to-be-Done (JBTD) insights into actionable product strategies.
• Ensure products are built based on actual customer needs and market demand
