Product Management Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic product line and business plans with a 3-year planning horizon.
• Establish and maintain strategic market positioning and brand strategy.
• Recommend annual product pricing strategies and support product rationalization programs.
• Provide product line revenue and unit forecasts aligned with business objectives.
• Identify market growth opportunities through market and channel strategies.
• Champion the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and communicate business strategies across functions.
• Manage dealer, distributor, channel, and customer relationships.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor analysis, and sales performance reviews.
• Identify new products, business opportunities, service improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Support product validation, prototype evaluation, and product lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with sales teams to develop solution-based approaches and business growth strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achieve annual revenue, unit, and profitability targets.
• Strengthen customer and channel partner relationships.
• Drive product positioning, pricing, and market penetration initiatives.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Conduct market potential and risk assessment analysis.

Qualification

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)

Experience

• 12-14 years of experience in Product Management.

Backhoe Loaders, Excavators, Skid Steer Loaders (SSL), Portable Power Equipment, Generators, Air Compressors, Lighting Towers, and Related Construction Equipment.
